Important information: With this contract LCC offers you the choice, to participate in the Hotelprogramm Deutschland for either one or two years. You benefit from a reduced fee with a contract duration of two years.
The RFP will always show the years 2024/25. The duration of your contract will be set with your choice filled in under section "Terms & Conditions of Participation" in the RFP.
To register for the Lufthansa City Center Preferred Rate Hotelprogramm Deutschland 2024/25, enter your hotel’s 8 digit Amadeus-ID# (= 2-Letter Amadeus GDS Chain Code + 3-Letter 3-Letter Amadeus City Code + 3-Letter Amadeus Property Code, i. e. XYFRA111) below to access the RFP form.
If you were a member of the 2023 Preferred Rate Hotelprogramm Deutschland, the information should be pre-populated on the form for your review and update.
If you are a new member you will get a new form.
If you have changed your Chain Affiliation and/or your Property Code since December 2022 please enter your old 8 digit ID# and update to your new 8 digit ID# in the contract.
The data is temporarily stored after each entry or change. In the event of an interruption, data entry can be continued at the same point. If the contract is not concluded and submitted, the data is automatically reset to the original status after 90 days.
After having completed and submitted your contract, we will generate automatically a safety code. You will find this safety code on page 1 of the contract, RFP-ID#. To retrieve your contract again you will have to enter your safety code.
Upon submission, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the address provided in the “Authorization” section of the RFP.
Remember: You will only be able to access the Online-RFP until October 27, 2023.
